Dave Vaughn – Bassist

Dave Vaughn is a seasoned bassist currently holding down the low end for two powerhouse acts: the in-demand cover band Shitshow Romeo and Pavement Records recording artist Mourning Grey. Known for his versatility, Dave seamlessly shifts from heavy, intricate riffs to solid, groove-driven pocket playing. He proudly endorses Fender bass guitars and Gallien-Krueger amps and cabinets, performing on both 4- and 5-string basses. 

Originally from Pelham, New York, Dave cut his teeth in the Los Angeles music scene as the frontman and bassist of the pop-metal band Blind By Choice, playing legendary venues like the Whisky a Go, The Troubadour, The Key Club, The Viper Room, and The Roxy. His career has included domestic tours across CA, CO, AZ, OR, WA, and NV, sharing stages with heavyweights such as Deftones, Papa Roach, System of a Down, and Slipknot.

Now based in Phoenix, Arizona, Dave performs regularly throughout the Valley, bringing decades of touring and recording experience to every stage he steps on.
